This incident resulted in the partial closure of the CTA tunnel and the T3 parking area.

An additional two individuals are now in custody related to a theft at London's Heathrow Airport where over twenty individuals were injured by a substance believed to be pepper spray, as stated by police.

A man, 24, was taken into custody in the Lambeth area for suspected theft and assault and a 23-year-old woman was detained for suspected conspiring to commit a robbery. They both are still being held, the force said.

The arrests follow a probe into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Terminal 3 on Sunday. Before the incident, a pair of female travelers were robbed of their suitcases after getting out of a car park lift.

A three-year-old girl was among the those hurt in the event. Five people went to hospital for treatment and were later released.

Police detained a 31-year-old man for suspected robbery and assault close to the scene. He was subsequently released pending further inquiries as the investigation proceeds.

Authorities were alerted at about 8:10 in the morning GMT after reports came in regarding several people injured by an irritating chemical believed to be an irritant spray.

The assault - which police said was isolated and not considered terrorism - caused train delays and the partial closure of the main airport tunnel and the Terminal 3 parking facility briefly.
